Lelah Campo, President

Lelah Campo has been the President of the Associated Builders and Contractors of CT since 2003.  A third generation contractor, Lelah helped found a local sub-contracting firm in 1992. During this time, Lelah became a very active volunteer in CT ABC; first on the Membership Committee, then as a member of the Board of Directors, and finally as Chairman of the Board.  Since accepting her staff position, she has used her knowledge, passion and love for construction to unify our  industry when feasible, fight the tough fights when necessary and find win-win solutions whenever possible.  Under her tenure, CT ABC has formed the Construction Education Center, opened a second office, brought three associations under one umbrella and grown from a staff of three to seven.

 Patricia Torres, Education Director

Patricia Torres graduated Central Connecticut State University in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Communication and received her Master’s degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Hartford in 2009. In 2005, she joined CT ABC as Education Director. Since coming on board, Ms. Torres has facilitated the development of a nonprofit construction training entity named the Construction Education Center which is recognized as a private occupational school by the Connecticut Commissioner of Higher Education. Her responsibilities as Education Director include business administration, program development and management, marketing and public/community relations. In 2009, Ms. Torres was also named the Branch Vice President of the Fairfield County Branch office of CT ABC.

 Faith Gavin Kuhn, Regulatory Affairs & Communications Director

Faith Gavin Kuhn has represented the Connecticut construction industry since 1996. Currently, she is the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Communications for CT ABC, and Executive Director of the UCAC.  She was also the Director of Public Information with the Connecticut Construction Industries Association, Executive Director of the Connecticut Ready-Mixed Concrete Association, and the Connecticut Equipment Dealers.  She has worked collaboratively within the industry and serves several statewide positions, including: member of the State Electrical Board, Board of Directors of the Connecticut Environmental Forum, and state–wide coordinator of Construction Career Days.  Faith is a graduate of Smith College and the University of Maryland with a Master’s in Journalism.

 Suzanne O’Brien, Member Services Manager

Suzanne O’Brien joined CT ABC in 2006 as an Executive Assistant to the President.  Her current responsibilities as Member Services Manager include a variety of member services: monthly newsletter, coordination of events including the Annual Dinner & Excellence in Construction Awards and golf outings, member communications, member referrals and maintenance of member data records. She is the organizational backbone for all three associations and the go-to person for special projects. 

 Maureen Petrucelli, Education Coordinator

Since 2008, Maureen Petrucelli has been the Education Coordinator of the Construction Education Center.  She handles registration, reporting and coordinates marketing for the CEC’s programs including CEUs, Safety and Apprenticeship classes. Her quiet intelligence, dedication to the team and attention to detail make her an outstanding addition to our group.

 Elizabeth Telles, Accounting and HR Manager

Elizabeth Telles, who joined CT ABC in 2007, handles all aspects of accounting and human resources for three associations. Prior to coming to CT ABC, Elizabeth co-owned and ran an online retail business and co-produced entertainment attractions managing a cast and crew of 80.  Always with a smile, she brings incredible dedication to accuracy, detail, and a high level of ethics to her work. 

 Audra Antrum, Membership Director

Audra Antrum, joined CT ABC in 2010 after working with the association as an event planner for several years.  With her trademark enthusiasm and energy, she has raised the bar to unparalleled heights for our Annual Dinner & Excellence in Construction Awards program.  Recruited to CT ABC as the Membership Director, Audra is still instrumental with Event Planning as well. Audra brings a depth and understanding to our member services that comes from being a business owner herself.
